The property of 2 ha is located in the countryside of Pisticci. The environment is very green, full of trees: olive trees, oaks, macchia Mediterranea, and all kind local vegetation, including the beautiful cactus!

 

The villa is located just 15 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the picturesque village of Pisticci. There, you will find local sights and stores, as well as typical (and delicious) restaurants and cafés.

It is an ideal base to explore the wonders of Southern Italy. You can visit Matera's ancient Sassi, hike through the breathtaking Pollino National Park, or take a day trip to Puglia's iconic towns like Alberobello, Lecce, and Monopoli—all within 1.5 hours' drive.

 

Villa Flora is located in the green, closest to the pool, and accessible with a road inside the property. The architecture is more traditional, but it is at the same time very modern as it is all open with wide glass doors on each side. The kitchen is open on one side to a comfortable covered area with a patio. This house is full of light and authenticity. there are 2 rooms. One of them with an independent access from the inside of the house.

Each room has a small private marble bathroom with shower. A large couch can sleep 2 more guests. Of course air conditioning is included!
