The property of 2 ha is located in the countryside of Pisticci. The environment is very green, full of trees: olive trees, oaks, macchia Mediterranea, and all kind local vegetation, including the beautiful cactus!

 

The villa is located just 15 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the picturesque village of Pisticci. There, you will find local sights and stores, as well as typical (and delicious) restaurants and cafés.

It is an ideal base to explore the wonders of Southern Italy. You can visit Matera's ancient Sassi, hike through the breathtaking Pollino National Park, or take a day trip to Puglia's iconic towns like Alberobello, Lecce, and Monopoli—all within 1.5 hours' drive.

 

Villa Anna is on top of the hill with a breathtaking view over the valley and the village of Pisticci. It is a very modern house, yet cosy.
Due to the high position, you always have a little or stronger wind near Villa Anna. In the summer it is very nice to sit on the terrace and enjoy the sky full of stars and the lights of the village like a boat on the sea. Of course air conditioning is included!
